John Pangere created a proprietary method of evaluating warrants.

John didn’t start out as a warrants guru. After earning his engineering degree from Purdue University, he first joined his family’s commercial and industrial construction business. But the markets kept calling.

Over the years, John learned the art of trading by successfully trading currencies, futures, and options. He’s invested in stocks, real estate, and startups for decades.

His work as an investment banker—focusing on late-stage venture deals and early-stage startups for companies like Twitter and Bloom Energy—is where John first learned about the power of warrants, long the playground of wealthy speculators.

John realized many warrants end up trading on an exchange after companies go public. That led him to start trading warrants on his own and seeing firsthand what they could do.

Eventually, John took his knowledge of these little-known securities with unlimited upside and created a premium warrants advisory.
